		<description><![CDATA[I think that the pursuit of learning is one of the highest goals, esp. when it leads to meaningful personal development. Re: the term &quot;Knowledge Management,&quot; I&#039;m not sure what the heck that means. Capturing collective wisdom, stories, and experience for others to share - my best definition. At a personal level, we&#039;re all required to be our own librarians for the myriad bits and pieces that come at us (or that we invite in) to our lives.
