		<description><![CDATA[Hey, I like your thinking!  We run a small business inbetween emergencies and crazy, off the wall employee issues.  Too often we feel that the business runs us and not the other way around...Creativity?!  Jeez, if I could only squeeze it in to my rat-race day, I&#039;d be a happy camper.  There are truly times I believe I shouldn&#039;t be anywhere near a business - whether as a customer or manager.

Oh well, I&#039;ll just keep keeping on.  Hopefully.  Of, perhaps, I&#039;ll just sack myself.
